PUPPY CONTRACT

Our puppy contract is a binding document between the breeder, Creek Farm Corgis, and the buyer- you. It ensures that everyone is on the same page, outlines the terms and conditions of sale, and makes clear the expectations of responsibility, medical, and financial obligations to which each party is responsible.
